Composite Challenge #43

January 8th, 2022
Thanks to Kathy @randystreat for hosting the last Composite Challenge. Thanks to all who participated, and those who voted. I'm humbled to have won this challenge.

I have decided to backdate the challenge to the end date of the previous challenge. No theme so just let your imagination run wild and free.

Wikipedia describes compositing as “the combining of visual elements from separate sources into single images, often to create the illusion that all those elements are part of the same scene."

If you've done this before you know it can be fun and each time one does it, it seems to get a bit easier (all those layers!) Spend a little time with a post - processing program.

For the Composite Challenge here on 365 you must use at least one picture that is completely yours but you can blend in other images, such as stock images, stickers or transparent gifs if you so choose.

*Please keep in mind that should you use an image that is not yours, it should be licensed as free to use for any purpose.

You are very welcome to enter as many times as you wish but only one entry from any contestant may be chosen as a finalist.

The challenge details:
Start date: 28th December 2021
End date: 5th February 2022
Tag: composite43

If you've created a composite before, you know how much fun it is and how much you learned doing it.
If you haven't, now is the time to take the plunge and give it a go. You'll never know until you try.
