BLD-12 Food Photography competition is ready to be served !

Thank you to @salza for hosting BLD 11, and to all who participated.

I enjoy this genre of photography and have participated in many rounds of this competition. I have noticed that almost all entries, mine included, are still lifes of food items. By contrast, in a recent post @jackies365 highlighted the competition below where food photography has a much broader definition - the photos include people growing food, harvesting and sorting it, transforming, preparing, cooking and serving it.

So I am not going to suggest a theme as I think that allows more participation, but I would encourage you to look at the above site and see if you can go a bit beyond the usual idea of food photography.

I am sorry I did not catch this earlier but June 4th is a Saturday - not Wednesday.
I hope that you meant it to be Wednesday, June 8th 'cuz that is what I have just changed it to on the Weekly Sh*t list!
