Many thanks to Northy @northy for hosting the previous Minimalist Challenge (doors) and to everyone who entered and voted. I’m thrilled to have been voted the winner.
I have chosen vegetable/s as the theme for the minimal-40. This can be a single vegetable or a collection of vegetables.
Minimalism is the art of less is more. Minimalist photography uses the minimum amount of components such as colour, shape, line and texture to emphasise the subject matter and 'negative space' can play a big part in minimalist images. Try to create photos that cut through the clutter by emphasising the essentials such as clean lines and empty spaces.
Only photographs taken between these dates can be eligible for the challenge. You can enter as often as you like, but I may only select one of your images in the short list.
If you are able to post your pictures below, in addition to tagging for the challenge, it would be appreciated. That would refresh the thread and keep it from dropping out of sight.
I look forward to your minimalist images.
