Time for another black and white challenge to start, but first, I want to thank Wendy @farmreporter for hosting the last one and to thank everyone who participated and who voted. I was thrilled to win, especially because I don't that often do black and white photography but, doing last February's Flash of Red did encourage me to try it more often.
The theme for this time was also inspired by some of my shots during that B&W month and the theme is 'Pasta'.
Any pasta, all pasta...from the tiny little acini di pepe up to the giant tubes of Paccheri, or the big flat pieces of lasagna. Or, if your grocery store doesn't run to the more unusual types of pasta, break open a box of Kraft Dinner and have at it.
It can be dried, or cooked, or sauced to your preference. Heck, build a castle out of pasta, if you have the talent ,and photograph that! ( I'm just trying to give everyone a reason to participate and no reason not too.)
Just make sure you take the picture yourself, and that it is taken within the challenge time frame.
The challenge will start today, May18th and end Sat. June15th.
