353 Enrosadira

Today I had a repeated theme by mistake. Didn't know what to do, but luckily this afternoon we have been blessed by this light. They call it the "Enrosadira", when the sunset sets fire on the rocks of the mountain called "Rosengarten" - the garden of roses - to remember the legend of Emperor Laurin magical underground garden and crystal palace.
Excellent as always, great light and love those clouds

What a wonderful place to live! The clouds are something else. Have just read the legend. Fascinating. Thank you.

@graemestevens Thank you Sir!
@alophoto Thanks, Amanda, no snow on the Alps these days, but beautiful landscapes as well!
@blueberry1222 Thank you Krista, glad you liked it!
@s4sayer Thanks to you, Margo (may I call you so, Mrs. S.?) The place is beautiful and regretfully we are just having a short vacation here. This area is my wife's birthplace (and she grew up here until the university years), so it ends up in being a kind of second hometown.

That is quite special. Well done (and my regards to your wife).

This is so beautiful -- the lighting is magical and I like how we get a glimpse of the farm or village at the top of one of the hills.

@scotthouston the place is, indeed (and my wife too 😉) thank you!
@louuncouth thank you, Lou!
@joysabin thank you, the light was close to perfection!
@taffy thanks, Taffy, I agree: without the farm the photo would be missing something!
