The 100+ million Euro project of a “Sport City” designed by the archistar Mr. Santiago Calatrava, a gigantic structure covering one of the most impressive sporting complexes in the world (this iron white “shark fin” profile is clearly visible from 50+ km) unfinished, inaccessible and left to rot ...

I like how the fin rises above the trees. What a waste of resources if they will never finish it. I did a quick search, looks like a photographers dream if you manage to get inside.
