Superb texture and view. Lovely. The ripples in the sand are wonderful. I think these would be 'riffles' in geological terms, since they would cause a shoal or sandbar on a tide. Interesting shot.

@claireuk Aww, thank you, Claire. :) We live about an hour's drive from Windsor and pop down there from time to time for a walk by the river. We both love watching all the people and the swans and gulls.
