The weather has been a bit iffy today, as though it might rain any minute, but Lester suggested a trip out anyway and we went to the cafe by Runnymeade for lunch and then on to the Savill Garden for a walk round.
These are stems of a Wisteria ; they've intertwined and gone very woody over the years.

I like this, you've gone with a close crop - note to self next time. I have done lots of these and they all look rubbish, so roll on spring and I will have another good:0)
Great capture of those interesting textures. We also have some iffy weather predicted for the next few days. After what seems to be weeks of 70 and 80 degree temps here, it will be going down to the 40s at night and only 50s-60s during the day with mist, rain and wind.
