On Wednesday we did our usual thing of using the return of a repaired melodeon as an excuse for an outing and went to the Roman Baths at Bath. Nobody bathes there now, it's a museum.

It's a fascinating place with oodles of history going back about two thousand years, loads of artefacts to look and wonder at..... just loved the lighting! :-D

Beautiful combination of lighting and shadows. I tried the link but it didn't take me to the site. Sounds like a very special day to view all the historical artifacts. I need to get out a map to see exactly where you are :-)
@cimes1 Thank you, Carole, and also for the heads-up re. the link. My IT consultant (Lester) has now fixed the problem. Don't know how I'd manage without him.
I love what they've done with the Baths recently, but have not managed to successfully photograph anything in the low-light areas (will have to go back and try again). This is an excellent shot.
