The water blur is lovely. Nice hint of back ground, lots of lines and the bench makes a point of interest. What the round objects at the front and around the water edge?

They're concrete balls on the wall of the fountain basin. This is the Queen's Golden Jubilee fountain in Windsor. I think it's meant to represent her crown. You can see the arrangement clearly here: http://365project.org/dulciknit/365/2012-11-28
