Here's a man driving a JCB, scooping up the sand that had drifted onto the promenade and re-depositing onto the beach. Probably one of those never ending jobs - like housework!

@bigsusan55 There's a concrete ramp to the beach further along so I'm guessing he went onto the beach afterwards and combed the sand away with the edge of the shovel, otherewise it would be rather pointless!
