Once a month a LAN party called "Organised Chaos" is held at the Bellville Velodrome. It's non-stop LAN gaming for 48 hours. While I can't think of anything I'd like to do less, it really works for the gamers! They take their own PC, hook up onto a network, and play computer games non-stop until they drop. Some take mattresses, some sleep on the floor and others just don't stop. It takes all sorts.
The first time he went, Greg stayed the full length, and took about a week to recover. Now he calls it quits after 24 hours. It's called learning by exhaustion.
