Apricot Jam - add a little lemon juice, and some schnapps and a drop of water - mix and heat up. Fantastic sauce for ice cream, fruit pie/tarts.

Oh wow, that looks seriously professional. My 22 jars of strawberry jam that I made yesterday look like real sloppy homemade jobbies - recycled jars, a bit of wax paper under the lid, remnants of labels still on the glass... I just hope the contents make up for the presentation.
