I have a huge antipathy towards the horse & cart collectors of junk in our area after they were involved in stealing our dog. (He was subsequently located which is why we know their role.)
Never-the-less I could not miss this photo op today. While I was parking and changing lenses they moved the horse into the shade for lunch. Kind to the animal but a backwards step for the photo! I was stuck by the 'young hip' look of the woman who was also the driver. Not the usual style at all. He, on the other hand, looked and spoke like the rag and bones man he is.
