Seaweed (2) by etienne
@ludwigsdiana Hi Diana, I want to thank you for the advice you gave me last year when I was considering buying a new camera. I finally bought one, the same as yours, and this is the first picture I am posting with it. I will need more time to become familiar with it, but my first impression is quite good, it looks pretty much like what I was looking for. Cheers, Etienne

Lovely shot, it almost looks like a prima ballerina in her tutu ;-)
It is a great camera Etienne, but only in good light. It unfortunately does not have a fixed aperture, so when you zoom everything changes. There is one guy on youtube who has helped so many of us, Check out the videos of Graham Houghton. I might have thrown the camera away without his help. You will also have a lot of noise if your iso is higher than 400. Happy shooting

@etienne There is also a fb site for the FZ80 which you might enjoy. Btw, Graham Houghton has a free e book that you can download once subscribed😉

Love all the different colors in the seaweed and also how you got detail in the sand.

What a beautiful piece of artwork. It's a bouquet that makes you keep looking - I think the fact that it slopes to the left rather than to the right creates just that little bit of tension that makes you keep going back for another look. :)
