Steele Burden Orangerie

Architect A. Hays Town designed this conservatory as a memorial to his friend Steele Burden, who was a pioneering landscape architect, philanthropist and founder of the LSU Rural Life Museum. It was built in 1998; Hays Town's designs look older because he drew inspiration from the past and often used old materials.
