Fun little dialogue! It was just the opposite when Jeff and I bought this home. We'd go to see a home and he'd say, "Well, I can fix that and paint that. We can move that wall and enlarge the basement..." and in my mind I'd think "Definitely NOT this house!" He was running two businesses and I was in grad school- like we'd really have time for a fixer-upper! So, I loved this!
