I leaned over the side of the pier as far as I could, which wasn't very far as the railing is as tall as my arm pit. I think they may have some sort of plan to keep people from falling off...except there are no railings further down. Hmmm
I like this image because of the way the lines intersect..and of course, those glorious colors.
