Thank you very much! I probably would not have noticed the snail either had I not been repairing the irrigation system which had been ravaged by Destructo Dog. From there, the story was a given. :)
What a sweet little door...sad that you no longer have this, but what a good person you are to give that poor puppy another chance in life! I can't even write about how angry it makes me that people don't love and nurture animals...any animals! Thank you for stepping in when it was needed!
@Weezilou Thank you so much! It makes me very angry also. In fact, we actually stole Martios from his rightful owners under the cover of darkness so that he wouldn't have to endure the torment anymore. Unfortunately, at the time, the penalties were non-existent. I am happy to say they are now in place and being more and more enforced.
I do feel sorry for stealing because I know that is wrong, but I could not knowingly stand by and let the behavior continue, and it would have.
