I had just taken an amazing photo of this spider sitting happily in the center of her web when she zoomed out of the viewfinder. I quickly got her back in focus (sort of) only to discover that a fly had tried to horn in on the photo shoot, and she was not well pleased...or maybe she was? In any case, the focus is not great, as she was moving incredibly fast, and the wind was blowing, and I am horrible and getting my thumbs, fingers and brain to coordinate quickly enough for something like this.
I think it's an excellent shot, I was doing the exact same thing yesterday too. I've yet to upload my shots to see if I may have anything as good as this one to share. :)
I am horrible and getting my thumbs, fingers and brain to coordinate quickly enough for something like this.,,,,,,,,I can sooooo relate. Love the story and your effort.
You have a beautiful colour back drop to this and it is a really interesting shot - with only one little bit out of focus. I know what you mean about co-ordinating fingers and thumbs to react to changing situations. I'm useless at it. Lost many a good shot for this reason.
@cherrymartina Thank you very much! @allycoxon Thank you so much! @novab Thank you! I can't wait to see what you were able to get. @LaLa Thank you very much for your encouragement. @helenhall Thank you! I was just lucky with the background...it's a hibiscus and a palm tree trunk...not terribly exciting!
