@maggiemae Thank you very much! We have the oddest dogs; all of them eat our lemongrass as though it were a steak. However, rarely do they bring it back up. As Winston is the shortest, I think he just wanted some small dog height grass!

@skstein Thank you so very much! Yes, it is. My sister planted regular asparagus in the garden last year. They are all going to seed, which is making us all very happy. Wild asparagus grows abundantly here. The stems are very thin and dark green. It is fried and mixed with scrambled eggs as a very common dish in the Spring and Summer.
