I have been pretty much out of action since I had surgery to move the ulnar nerve in my left arm from where it is supposed to be, into a custom sling in the muscle of my elbow. What I discovered after the cast was removed, was that trying to handle my camera was not a good idea even if it is on a tripod. These three photos put me back in terms of pain about ten days. Lesson learned. So, I am posting these, but won't be taking any more for awhile.
This image is a side view of a cactus flower. I loved the shapes and color. I was trying out a new lens My Guy got me for my birthday.
Really lovely. So sorry to hear about the extent to which your surgery has debilitated you. It must be very difficult as no doubt you cant work either. Every best wish for a speedy recovery with no more set backs. Really look forward to having you back full time again when you are ready.
Thank you both very much for your well-wishes! I am doing very well. I start PT today and hope to improve enough to soon get back to my life. I saw my doctor yesterday and was again given orders to leave the house untidy. That is much easier said than done... :)
