Catching Some Rays

This Eastern Painted Turtle allowed only one quick shot before sliding back into the water. I couldn't get down low enough to clear that branch above its head.

Nice catch! I love turtles. So often the sun reflects off their shells making for difficult exposures. This is perfect.
