Another quirky artwork, now a permanent installation, on Folkestone beach attributed to the Triennial.
No need to comment, taken today, 13.09.17, and used as a filler.
Not everyone's cup of tea but it certainly had a constant stream of visitors whilst I was on the beach and that, as far as I see it, can only be a good thing for the town itself.
I love the way you add the info board to these artworks- it just makes them really interesting. I didn't know if I liked this when I first saw it - but having read the info it's fascinating. Cheers
@maggiemae@hermann@jclaireyp@robz@miseria@littleconnie Thanks very much for commenting. Yes, it's a strange thing to find on a beach and it does add an air of eccentricity, but it's practical (somewhere to sit in a sea of shingle) and fun and I'm all for that!
