Came across this doorway in Sandwich and liked the surrounding brickwork. Funnily enough there's no handle or letterbox on the outside ...

I like the door and the brickwork, but it does leave a mystery to solve. That is after the mystery of trying to work out why it was a sandwich doorway and before reading your text! What a lovely find - I wonder what the N is too.
