This attractive series of quite modern small stained glass windows are found above the sanctuary area in Holy Redeemer Church in York, and show a series of the parables of Jesus:
Top left - the parable of the sower.
Top right - the parable of the leavened bread.
Centre - the parable of the talents.
Bottom left - the parable of the wise and foolish virgins.
Bottom right - the parable of the house on the rock and the house on sand.
These stained glass windows were given in memory of Eileen Darley SRN, a former member of the Sunday School and Girls Fellowship who died when a young nurse in Kenya.
