Today one of my ex pupils who is manager of one of the best stables in Newmarket, gave us a guided tour. It was really for the benefit of our younger grandson who is nuts about horses. He was thrilled to be shown round and especially loved the indoor horse pool which is only one of three in England. It cost over £1000000! There are 200 horses under 2 years old here.
