Our back garden in winter

At this time of the year the garden looks drab and rather lifeless but underground things are stirring. In a few months bulbs will be through, blossom will be out and it will be time to get the mower out again. This photo will remind me of a drab early January 2015 day.

I bet there are lots of things peeping through the soil. The grass is very green and healthy!

Grass has been scarified and aerated. Should be good when cut, probably early in March.
