After a fruitless day of Christmas shopping in Brighton, paying exorbitant prices for car park fees, on leaving the underground car park the sunset was magnificent. My wife persuaded me to park the car and the result is this picture of the iconic Brighton pier which burnt down in 2003 now ablaze with the evening sunset.
