Fallen Willow

This used to be a beautiful, big, willow tree that draped its branches gracefully over the pond. Then, several years ago, the beavers came around. I like the idea of beavers, in general, but I do wish they had left this one willow alone.

Beautiful green. They have started reintroducing beavers here, will be interesting to see how that develops.
