On our way out, heading down the trail we passed an observation platform overlooking the ravine where someone appeared to be doing a work out. As we went passed we noticed him doing sit ups and this interesting looking helmet was sitting on the corner of the railing. On our way back the work out person was gone, but the helmet lingered on.
Quite the helmet! But a workout outside on a day like today! I would end up with heat stroke for sure! (p.s. Joanne, I think this picture is from a few days ago before the current blast of brutal heat)
@365projectorgheatherb Yes, it is from the end of last week and I do remember saying that morning, that it was a great day to go for a trail walk because it was that little bit cooler. Today I spent about 30 minutes out in the garden pruning, in the early morning and then ran back inside to the AC and stayed there for the rest of the day.
