One of the over 15 different housing communities being built or renovated in the Columbus area. This one is just a stone's throw from downtown in the Scioto Mile area, called Franklinton, and has garnered a large population of Gen X-ers and Gen Y-ers? Young people! I think it is pretty cool looking.
