Napping Nuthatch by glimpses

Napping Nuthatch

It is uncommon to see a White-Breasted Nuthatch inert like this. Usually, they are skittering up and down tree trunks and major limbs, poking their long beak in the deep cracks of the bark searching for insects, larvae, and other goodies. He was warming himself in a tiny patch of sun that filtered through the tree canopy.
What a treat to capture this. - he looks so tired. Well done1
