On the Fence

I probably should have made this a true half and half and eliminated the plant but I liked the added interest it provided the photo
I love the simplicity of this picture and the contrast between the fence and the vibrant green vine.

I like the plant climbing through and over the fence. It actually seems to be the "star" of the photo along with the fence. Especially if the white shingled were cropped closer to the fence, which would have ruined the half and half.

Leaving the plant was the absolute correct choice! It adds so much interest with the color and the eye movement it provides.
