The Promise of Pears by grammyn

The Promise of Pears

We have had this tree for years . We planted it in hopes of canning the pears from it. Until recently there were seldom enough to fill a quart jar in any one year. Lately it has been producing a little better but the birds and squirrels seem to get to them before I do and I am now content to let them have them. It still goves me nice photos
Wonderful

That's the toughest part of growing anything- getting to the produce before the critters and birds do! Pretty shot.

The blossoms seem small until you fill a whole tree with them.
