Big Morning Tea for Cancer!

Australia's Biggest Morning Tea at the Goodlife Community & Recreation Centre.
It is one of the simplest, yet most effective campaigns in raising funds for cancer research. We all had a great morning.

How wonderful! I just provided musical entertainment for mother/daughter tea that was hosted by an organization that supports women who have breast cancer. My own mother is currently going through treatment for breast cancer.

@kareenking Thank you for commenting & sharing Kareen, I have a friend going through treatment too. This is a great way to share & uplift & raise funds! I support another support group too, 'You are Beautiful' here on the Sunny Coast & they do so much for lifting the morale of women who have lost their hair etc. Hugs to your Mum!

We always have a speaker who has survived cancer or a family member shares their journey with a sister or mother or....My collage is on the PP so hopefully it will encourage some one to do this next year. + it is fun & lots of yummies to eat.
