Not the best shots, but, the sky was black/grey & violet...& the moon kept hiding behind fast moving clouds. The violet colour was quite brilliant.

We can smell smoke & a bush fire broke out at Caloundra only 14 K’s away..quickly under control thanks to the marvellous fire fighters.
The battle is still on as the fires rage here in Queensland & burn more homes to the ground.......we are so fortunate to live in a safe area.
