We were sitting enjoying coffee on a friends back patio after dinner.
We heard a loud bang & found this sweet little Cat Bird had flown head first into their glass door.
She was disoriented & let us come very close. She either stood still or went round in circles.
I grabbed my camera & she looked at me as I took her photo.
After about 1/2 hour she suddenly flew off. No blood, so we feel she had a small concussion.
@beachdog The catbird has a call like a cat meowing, quite disturbing first time we heard it as it sounds somewhat like a baby crying....The Green Catbird is found along the east coast of Australia, from south-eastern Queensland to southern New South Wales.
