@onewing Hey Babs.
This boat is in very good condition and is still in use. This is a very popular construction in wetlands and floodplains - it is flat-bottomed and shallow. Boards fit well, but are not sealed up with anything. That is why the boat is sunk by the shore to prevent the wood from drying out and losing its tightness. Before sail you have to flip the boat over, pour out the water and you can sail. Every owner of such a boat has a place in the reeds for storing the boat. These are a classic sight in eastern Poland, Belarus and Ukraine. Vintage boat and vintage editing.

Nice colour tones- the greens of the reeds and the greys of the sky, the water, and the boat! Fav (and good information, too)

Wonderful tones and processing

At first I thought the boat had sprung a leak, but it was fun to read up on this kind in your comment to Babs. How interesting-- ingenious really- to keep the wood moistened by purposely keeping water in the boat. I love the vintage processing- it's perfect for this boat.
