I survived a marathon trip to the infamous Chuck E. Cheese's today. Two birthday parties - one we hosted for Michael, the next for a friend of Finn - pretty much back to back. I drew the short straw and got to stay for both while David escaped after one, taking the other two (fried!) little boys with him. I'm not sure why it is such an exhausting place since the kids are the ones doing all the spazzing around - but it is. The kids love it though. Michael was very happy. And I survived the planning of another kiddie party - and didn't even have to clean a darned thing up when it was over!! :-)
