All photo credit here goes to my husband who scurries faster in bare feet than I do these days and managed to get this shot of a Cooper's Hawk about go off with lunch from my yard. (We are thinking - hoping - chipmunk and not birdy....) I get credit, though, for noticing a giant bird soaring overhead and running inside and yelling at him to grab the camera in time. It's a total team effort of Nature Photography here at the Daly household. Not a pretty one, mind you. Lots of stumbling and swearing actually... And National Geographic is not about to arrive with a joint job offer anytime soon - but hey, we enjoy it.... :-)
