The wonderful thing about reflections is that they can take the ordinary - or even the ugly - and transform them into something quite attractive.
My early morning trip to town was to pick up the remaining goods needed for my dinner party this evening, from the market. I'm feeling pretty smug, having shopped locally all week thereby saving no end of plastic, not to mention all the other numerous benefits.
Of course I went camera in hand, looking for lines. I came face to face with these ones, having crossed the bridge wondering how best to capture it to show off the lines in an appealing way.
I came home with eight large bunches of large leaf spinach. I am sad to say that I have only ever encountered it before in baby leaf form and in pre-packaged bags. The recipe I'm following simply says, "serve with wilted spinach". Well in this weather, there isn't much chance of it wilting of its own accord by this evening, so I will have to set about looking online to see what I do with this bulk of foliage to ensure that it arrives on the plates in a palatable form. Wish me luck ......
Very good capture. I love spinach but my wife doesn't so it's only when I can sneak a bag into the supermarket trolley that I get away with it. Hope the dinner party was a success. My motto with new ingredients or recipes is experiment on family, then move onto friends.

Good luck with the spinach.
