@maggiemae @taffy @cocobella @ziggy77 thankfully, this mess was from the previous weekend but I decided to use it as a backdrop to the hand photo which I had taken on Friday. The clearing up operation was finally complete on this last Friday when the last of the barriers were removed from the park. We are all back to normal now after the second biggest UK free festival on our doorstep. Well, normal except that all the grass is unusually brown on account of our extreme weather.

I look at this shot and hope you had one of those handy "poker/stabber" tools to pick up the garbage and then put it in a bag so that you weren't bending over all the time!
