As I upload this, I am promising to myself that tomorrow I will take a proper picture. This dietary obsession can not go on.
But for now, I might as well offer you the recipe:
Take some baked potato and peel skins off.
Fry some sliced leeks and onions in butter (or oil for non-dairy). Combine these three with seasoning and fry in a little more oil - turning to brown both sides. Top with poached egg.
I am also trying to eat less meat. That is more in a save the planet kind of bid than anything else.
My image fails to meet any of the composition criteria that were discussed in detail at photographic club tonight. I thought that composition was the least of my problems until this evening!
