Our friend Tim is part of Bedford Morris Men and every year on 1 May he is to be found dancing all day starting at 6.00am. The dancing does not conform to social distancing, and so this year, Tim was to be found doing a solo in our street.
A number of us turned out to watch from afar and cheer him on as we celebrated the arrival of 1 May.
That's terrific that someone would do this. I would think that this definitely qualifies as "essential." (The criteria round here for leaving the house.)
@stevejacob well there is a co-incidence. Yes, I saw a video of Lisa dancing - she is Hemlock I think. They should have pieced all the dances together and combined on zoom! (A bit more tricky than combining singer, for sure!)
