You may see a few more from my Saturday walk, as it was a particularly lovely morning. I thought I had left it too late to go out in the quiet, but between 7.45 and 8.45 am proved to be a lull between the joggers and cyclists and the second wave of dog walkers and family walkers.
After a couple of days of feeling quite down, this walk really lifted my spirits and energised me.
