This is another attempt at my get pushed challenge for the week.
I was asked to photograph my subject in 3 different lighting conditions and present as a triptych.
On the left is my vase in natural daylight, in the centre, with a lamp light beside it and on the right with the cameras inbuilt flash which i will normally avoid using altogether. The lamp light made a surprising difference changing the true colour of the vase significantly.
I have done no processing ..other than transferring to phone, crop and arranging the photos using the photoshop express app on my phone.
Welcome to the get pushed challenge, Helen. I believe you have only joined us a short time ago? It is my favourite challenge by far!
I think I have figured out a challenge that may work with your limited resources. (and hopefully your dad has windows at his place to make it easier)
How would you like to try an indoor silhouette or low key? It would be really great if you could make it of your dad. I find that older people make such great subjects.
If not, how about giving food photography a go?
