Capital Snowflakes

There has been talk that we will get snow down to sea level which has only happened once before and that was only in 2011, found this newly erected structure that I thought looked like snowflakes

I remember it snowed in Wilton where I grew up back in 1976. I had to go to school and my younger brother got to stay home and play in the snow.
