Well apparently we have had 230 earthquakes over the weekend, I happened to be in a supermarket duing the biggest one today that was 6.5 on the scale and am still feeling shaken by the experience! this is hubby grabbing some beer before we got out of there ASAP!
I agree that hubby has his priorities right but shame about the waste of good wine? Great you kept calm and carried on - I was under my desk at the time. Kia kaha

Living in the Los Angeles area, we are very familiar with quakes also. I've been meaning to re-stock my emergency food supplies, but it never occurred to me to add beer to that list. ;-)
Shakers are not fun, and we are overdue for a big one. :-(
Yeah, everyone stocks up AFTER a quake here, also.

What gets me is that there are so many people here who NEVER gather up quake supplies, not even water. I don't know what they think they're going to do when the Big One hits. They had better not plan on coming to MY house. LOL
