@yaorenliu I agree, ever since my first job I have thought I need a vice like coffee and sigs so I can have lots of mini-breaks! Instead I sit at the computer all day and get carpal tunnel in both hands! who is the healthiest :-p

Carpal tunnel, that sounds so painful and it would be hard to hold the camera.
